Related Organisations | Print | A number of institutions and enterprises have been established under the Ministry of Finance in order to ensure the performance of government functions assigned to the ministry by the laws and regulations, and to ensure implementation of public policy in the area of finances. In these institutions and enterprises, the Ministry of Finance performs the functions of founder and owner, it implements the rights and duties of the owner, and controls shares owned by the State by ownership right. The functions, duties and rights of these institutions and enterprises are defined in legal acts governing their activities and also in the founding documents.
